A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 23404
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOES:
SECTION 1. That the map of Tract No. 23404 in the City
of Santa Mon~ca presented by Dale Williams being a subdivis~on
for condominlum purposes of Lots 1 and 2, Block 4, Lucas Tract,
as shown on map recorded In Book 6, Page 221 of Miscellaneous
Records, records of Los Angeles County, State of California,
be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby lS authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said map this order
authenticated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
