RESOLUTION NO. 4619 (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 24368
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the map of Tract No. 24368 in the Clty
of Santa Monica presented by American National BUllding Corpora-
tlon being a subdiviSlon for condomin~um purposes of Lots 1 and
2, Block 8, Arcadia Tract, as shown on map recorded in Book 16,
Page 96, of Mlscellaneous Records and a port1an of 7th Street
vacated by Resolutlon No. 2131 of the City Council of Santa
Monica recorded May 25, 1959 as instrument No. 2471, all records
of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa~d map th1S order
authent~cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall cert~fy to the adoption
of th1s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
