RESOLUTION NO. 4630 (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPOINTING
MEMBERS TO THE LANDMARKS COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, there exists In the Clty of Santa Monlca a
Landmarks Commission; and,
WHEREAS, it lS necessary to appolnt seven members
thereto to serve as the initial members thereof; and,
WHEREAS, lt is the lntent of the City Councll of
the City of Santa Monica to appolnt Mrs. Margaret Bach, Mr.
Mallory Freeman, Mr. Phl1 Hill, Mrs. 1111dred Judson, Mr. Robert
Kllegman, Mrs. Dorothy LaTour and Mr. Carl E. Tegnar to the
Landmarks Cornmlsslon.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Mrs. aargaret Bach, Mr. Mallory
Freeman, Mr. Phll Hlll, Mrs. Ml1dred Judson, Mr. Robert Kllegman,
Mrs. Dorothy LaTour and Mr. Carl E. Tegnar be and are hereby
appointed to the Landmarks Comrn1ssion for the f1rst term of
appo1ntments thereto, and untll the successor of each lS chosen
and appolnted.
SECTION 2.
The Clty Clerk shall cert1fy to the
adoption of thlS resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be In full force and effect.
