RESOLUTION NO. 4631 (ees)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA FIXING THE
TIME AND PLACE FOR HOLDING OF REGULAR
MEETINGS OF SAID CITY COUNCIL AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 4525 (CCS).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That pursuant to the provls~ons of
Sectlon 611 of the Charter of the City of Santa Monlca, the
Clty Councl1 hereby does fix as the days and tlme for the
holding of regular meetings the second and fourth Tuesday of
each month at 7:30 P.M.; provlded, however, that lf any such
Tuesday falls on the 1st day of January, the 12th day of
February, the 4th day of July, the 9th day of September, the
25th day of December, or on any other day deSlgnated by the
Clty Councll of the Clty of Santa Monlca as a day for publlC
feast, thanksglving or hollday, such regular meetlng shall be
held on the date of the regular meetlng next followlng sald
Tuesday at the hour heretofore fixed; that the Clty Councll
Chamber In the City Hall hereby lS flxed as the place for hold~ng
said meetings. This resolutlon shall be effective on and after
the 13th day of May, 1975.
SECTION 2.
Resolutlon No. 4525 (CCS) hereby is
rescinded In its entirety.
SECTION 3.
The Clty Clerk shall certify to the
adoptlon of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be ln full force and effect.
