A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING SALARIES
AND BENEFITS FOR CERTAIN DEPARTMENT HEADS
AND STAFF
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
Ranges.
SectlOn 1. Tables of Class Titles, Range Numbers and Salary
SectlOn 3 of the Resolution 3750-B is hereby amended by the
incorporation therein of the following class htles and salary ranges and other
addihons:

The foregoing salary ranges shall be effective for the period of July 1, 1975
Section 2. Section 4, (b) (1) of Resolution 3750-B is hereby
made not effective as applied to the classifications listed above.
Section 3. The Clty Manager shall have ten (10) days and the
City Attorney shall have five (5) days of vacatlon leave with pay during the
effective period of this resolution in addlhon to those days of vacation leave
as are specified in Section 2104(H) of the Santa MOfilca MUfilcipal Code.
Section 4. The City Manager may distribute not more than the
sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) from the variOUS general salary and wage

accounts to officers appointed by the Clty Manager on the basis of merit
during the effective penod of this resolution.
Section 5. Resolution No. 3750-L 1S hereby rescinded in
its enhrety.
Sechon 6. Except as supersedes by this resolution the
provisions of Resolution No. 3750-B shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 7. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be tn full force
and effect.
