SUBJECT: Revised Salary Resolution
Introduction
Since the adoption of Salary Resolution No. 3750-B
4
by the City Council on October 29, 1970, over a
dozen amendments have been made to this resolution.
The attached revised Salary Resolution provides an
update and incorporates the above changes into a more
functional document.
Background
Since the adoption of Salary Resolution 3750-B,
various line-item positions in the City service
have been changed by Memoranda of Understanding.
Confidential employees have been removed from
several Memoranda of Understanding and now appear
in the proposed revised Salary Resolution. Resolution
3750-B included benefits which were granted to
employees who are now covered by Memoranda of
Understanding. These benefits now appear in the
Memoranda of Understanding rather than in the Salary
Resolution.
The revised Salary Resolution herein presented
