A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA HONICA AMENDING
THE SALARY RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE
$5,000.00 FOR MERIT INCENTIVE FOR
THE CITY ATTORNEY'S STAFF.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the sum of $5,000.00 shall be
and hereby ~s establ~shed as a fund for use by the Clty Attorney
to provlde merit lncentive for members of h~s staff.
SECTION 2.
That the City Attorney lS hereby
authorlzed to distribute any part of, or all of sald $5,000.00
to anyone or more members of hlS staff who, ln his dlscretlon,
have performed in a manner deserving of recognltion through a
merlt bonus.
SECTION 3.
The Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the
adoptlon of thlS resolut~on, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be ln full force and effect.
