A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING
AND RATIFYING A RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH
RICHARD K. KOCH, DOING BUSINESS AS
WESTWIND SAILING CLUB AND SAILING
SCHOOL.
WHEREAS, the C~ty of Santa Mon1ca 18 the owner of
certa1n real property located 1n the area of the Santa Mon1ca
Pier and Harbor; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Monica and Richard K. Koch,
doing bus~ness as Westw~nd Sa1l1ng Club and Sail1ng School have
executed a rental agreement for the leasing of certa1n areas of
the Santa Monica Pier and Harbor for the operation of a sailing
school and sa11boat rental business,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The rental agreement executed between
the C1ty of Santa Mon1ca and R1chard K. Koch, d01ng business as
~estwind Sailing Club and Sailing School, for the leasing of
certa1n areas of the Santa Monica P1er and Harbor lS hereby
rat1f1ed and approved.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the
adopt1on of th1S resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be 1n full force and effect.
