LP'REE M } --;/ ?rlE CITY COu~CIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. ?nat the City Co~~cil of the City of Santa Monica having heard the evidence offered in relation to the proposed vacation of that portion of the alley k~own as Eighteenth Court, 10 feet wide, between Pico Boulevard &~d Pico Place South, as shown on map of Tract No. 12543, recorded in Book 253, page 49 of ~~ps, in the office of the Recorder of Los Angeles County, hereby finds from all of the evidence submitted that the portion of the court above referred to a~d proposed to be vacated by Resolution No. 4661 (City COQ~cil Series) is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes. For full particulars reference hereby is made to said Resolution No. 4661 (City Council Series) and to Y~p No. 4218 on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City; l1hich map is entitled, 1J1I.ap Showing Portion of Eighteenth Court to be Vacated Under the Provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 191n II, dated July 9, 1975. Tne City Council of the City of Santa Monica, in vacating saia portion of Eighteenth Court, reserves and excepts from said vacation an easement of full width over the full length of said portion of said alley intended to be vacated, for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, operating, replacing, removing and renewing all sanitary sewers, storm drains, water mains and other public utility facilities ~~d appurtenant structures. -..L- ~~~",""'"'-~-'~.--'-"~--- - . ----.: ";:. - .
