RESOLUTION NO. 46RJ (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ADOPTING A
CONSERVATION ELE~1ENT OF THE f1ASTER
PLAN FOR THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA.
WHEREAS, the Citlzens' Advisory Commlttee has considered
and approved the Conservatlon Element of the Master Plan for the
City of Santa Monica, and,
WHEREAS, the Plannlng Commission of the Clty of Santa
Monica has considered and approved the Conservatlon Element of
the Master Plan for the City of Santa Monlca, and,
r\~EREAS, the Plannlng Commlssion of the Clty of Santa
Monica has transmltted the endorsed and approved Conservatlon
Element of the r7aster Plan for the City of Santa ;\1onlca to the
Clty Councll of the city of Santa Monlca, and,
WHEREAS, the Clty Councll of the Clty of Santa Monlca
has held a publlC hearlng on the Conservatlon Element of the
Master Plan for the City of Santa Monlca.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Conservatlon Element of the
Master Plan for the City of Santa Monlca is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of thlS resalutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be ln full force and effect.
