A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA ADOPTING THE PRICE
SCHEDULE FOR PROPERTY AND SERVICES SOLD
AT WOODLA,VN CEI1ETERY.
HHEREAS, on thlS date, the City of Santa Monlca has
adopted by regular ordinance number
1013
(CCS), said
ordinance amending Section 7308 of the Santa Monica Municlpal Code
t6 provide for the approval of the prlce schedules for the sale
of property and services at the cemetery by resolution of the
Clty Councl17 and,
WHEREAS , the Dlrector of the Department of PubllC
Works has recommended a price schedule for the various serVlces
in the amounts shown:

MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the prl.ce schedule for property and
services l.n the amounts heretofore shown 1S hereby ratified.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoptl.on
of this resolution and thirty (30) days hereafter the same shall be
l.n full force and effect.
