A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ADOPTING A
NOISE ELEMENT OF THE ~iASTER PLAN FOR
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA.
WHEREAS, the C~tizens' Adv~sory Committee has ~
considered and approved the No~se Element of the l~aster Plan
for the Clty of Santa Monlca; and,
WHEREAS, the Plann~ng Commission of the City of Santa
Mon~ca has consldered and approved the Noise Element of the
Master Plan for the C~ty of Santa Monlca; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commiss~on of the City of Santa
Mon~ca has transmitted the endorsed and approved Noise Element
of the Master Plan for the City of Santa Monica to the City
CounC11 of the C~ty of Santa Mon~ca; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Clty of Santa Monlca
has held a publlc hearing on the NOlse Element of the Master
Plan for the City of Santa Monlca.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the No~se Element of the Master
Plan for the City of Santa Monlca is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall cert~fy to the
adoption of this resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be ~n full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 11th day of November
