RESOLUTION NO. 4694 (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 4683 (CCS) AND ADOPTING THE PRICE AND
FEE SCHEDULE FOR PROPERTY AND SERVICE SOLD
AT WOODLAWN CEMETERY AND HAUSOLEilll.
WHEREAS, the Clty of Santa Monica has previously adopted
ordinance number l013(CCS) provld1ng for the approval of pr1ce
and fee schedules for the sale of property and services at the
cemetery by resolution of the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, it 1S the lntention of the C1ty of Santa
MOn1ca to amend ordinance number lOI3(CCS) to prov1de for the
setting and approval of pr~ce and fee schedules for the sale
of property and serV1ces at the mausoleum by resolut1on of the
Clty Councll; and,
WHEREAS, the Dlrector of the Department of Public
{i/orks has recommended the following pr1ce schedule for varlOUS
serCles ln the amounts shown:

SECTION 1. That the pr1ce schedule for property and
services in the amounts heretofore shown 1S hereby rat1fied and
three times the actual cost to the City

SECTION 2. That resolution number 4683 (eCS) 1S hereby
repealed 1n 1ts entirety.
SECTION 3. The C1ty Clerk shall cert1fy to the adopt1on
of th1s resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
