A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA PROVIDING
FOR MEMBERS OF THE HOUSING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 34290 of the Health and
Safety Code of the State of California the City Council of the
city of Santa Monica has declared ~tself to be the commissioners
of the housing authority of the C~ty of Santa Monica; and
WHEREAS, seven persons had previously been appointed
to be commiss~oners of said housing authority; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Sa~ta Monica,
pursuant to Section 34291 of the Health and Safety Code of the
State of Cal~fornia has created a housing commission; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City Council of the
City of Santa Monica to continue in office as housing com-
missioners the former members of the hous~ng authority.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Pursuant to Section 34291 of the Health
and Safety Code of the State of California and ordinance number
1019 (CCS) of the c~ty of Santa Monica, the seven persons herein-
after named, are hereby appointed to serve as members
of the hous~ng commission of the City of Santa Monica and in such
capacity shall serve for the balance of their respective in~t~al
terms as prescr~bed for commissioners of the housing author~ty
and until their respect~ve successors are qualif~ed and appointed,
to wit:
