A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA MAKING
APPOINTMENTS TO CERTAIN BOARDS AND
COMMISSIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That A. Jaye Levin be and lS hereby
appo1nted to the BU11d1ng and Safety Comm1SS10n for a term
expir1ng on the 30th day of June, 1979.
SECTION 2:
That Paul A. Kerschner be and 1S
hereby apPo1nted to the Comm1ss10n on Older Amer1can5 for a
term exp1r1ng on the 30th day of June, 1979.
SECTION 3:
That Manual Alme1da be and 15 hereby
appo1nted to the P1umb1ng and Mechan1cal Board of Appeals for
a term exp1r1ng on the 30th day of June, 1978.
SECTION 4:
That each of sa1d persons shall serve
unt1l the exp1rat10n of the1r term and unt11 the1r respect1ve
successors are apPo1nted and qual1f1ed.
SECTION 5:
The C1ty Clerk shall cert1fy to the
adopt1on of th1S resolution, and henceforth and thereafter
the same shall be 1n full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED th1S 9th day of December
1975.
