A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 28111
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract 28111 in the City of
Santa Mon~ca presented by Chr1stopher Bourke, being a subd1v~sion
for condominium purposes of Lot 378, Towner Terrace Tract, as shown
on map recorded in Book 8, Page 25, records of Los Angeles County,
State of Cal1fornia, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 15 authorlzed and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of sa1d map thlS order authent1-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
thlS resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
1n full force and effect.
