A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 32113
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract 32113 ln the City of
Santa Monica presented by Stanford Gardens Company (Leonard
Greenberg,General Partner) being a subdiv~sion for condominium
purposes of Lots 10 and 12, Block l3, Serra Vista Townslte Tract,
as shown on map recorded ln Book 6, Page 138, records of Los
Angeles County, State of California, be and the same hereby 1S
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized
and dlrected to endorse upon the face of said map th~s order
authentlcated by the Seal of theC1ty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thlS resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
