RESOLUTION NO. 4718 (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA ADOPTING AND .
APPROVING SPECIAL PROVISIONS NO. 736,
MAP NO. l356-A, AND DRAWING No. l356,
REVISED SEPTEMBER, 1975.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain document entitled "Special
Provisions No. 736", that certain Map entitled IIAssessment
District Map No. l356-A, and that certain drawing entitled,
"Drawing No. 1356, Revised September, 1975,"for construction
of Portland Cement Concrete combined curb and gutter; Portland
Cement Concrete pavement and appurtenant work in the westerly
half of Eighteenth Street between Marine Street and Dewey
Street, in the City of Santa Monica, under the proviaions of
the Improvement Act of 1911 on file in the office of the City
Engineer and in the office of the City Clerk of said City hereby
are approved and adopted.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 17th day of February , 1976.
