WHEREAS, the Clty of Santa Monica has prevlously
acquired street right of way on Ocean Park Boulevard fro~
Neilson Way to Lincoln Boulevard: and,
WHEREAS, such rlght of way is wlder than the
current street wldth ln sald area.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certaln rlght of way descrlbed
on Clty Engineer's Map No. 2737, on file in the offlce of
the Clty Englneer of the Clty of Santa Monica be and lS
hereby dedicated to pUblic use as and for street right of
way as lndicated thereon, such street rlght of way to vary
fro~ 74 feet to 142 feet wlde plus corner cut-affs.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certifv to the
adoptlon of this resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be ln full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED thlS 24th. day of February
1976.
