RESOLUTION NO. 4727(CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING FEES FOR CERTAIN
SERVICES OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND RESCIND-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 2576 (CCS).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following fees for pollce Department
servlces shall apply to all persons, organizations, and agencies
other than City departments:
Traffic accident and other reports, $2.00
per report, plus 50~ for each page over
four (4) pages.
Photographs
Contact prints (Black & white)
B/W negative (2!,;:" x 3!,;:") $1.00 each.
Color negative (2!,;:" x 3\") $1.25 each.
Enlargements (Black/White)
4x5 Print $5.00 each.
8xlD Print $5.00 each
Proof sheet (Black/White)
Contains 6 - 2~ x 3~ photos on an 8 x 10
sheet $5.00 each.
Flngerprlnts, $3.00 per person. (Resldent)
$5.00 per person (Non resident)
The above fees include sales tax.
The above fees for photocopies of accidents and other
reports shall apply whether the photocopies are made by City
personnel or by the person requestlng the copy.
SECTION 2. Resolution No. 2576 (eeS) is hereby
resclnded.
SECTION 3. The Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the
adoption of this resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
