RESOLUTION NO. 4730(CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 4532 (CCS) COMPLYING WITH CERTAIN PRO-
VISIONS OF PUBLIC LAW 655 PROVIDING FOR
COMBINATION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY OVER
AND UNDER $2.500.00
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Monica is desirous of designating new
authorized representatives to sign for and accept surplus federal property.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Monica as follows:
SECTION 1. Sect.wn 1 of Resol~tion No. 4532 (CCS) is hereby

of Emergency service: and ~LJ/Richard Aronoff, Director of

Administrative Services as the sole authott1'z~d representatives of sald City of

SECTION 2.
All other provisions of Resolution No. 4532 (CCS)
shall remaln in full force and effect.
Section 3.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to send
two (2) certified coples of this resolution to the California Office of Emergency
Services for filing with said office and with the State Department of Education.
