RESOLUTION NO. 4734(CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COIDfCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING THE ANNEXED
AGREEMENTS ~HTH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
FOR THE SFJUKING OF COSTS OF THE OFF-RA~IT
TO FOURTH A]'.J'TI FIFTH STREETS AND ACQUIRING
THE 1'I'ECESSARY PROPERTY THEREFOR.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOVlS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby does approve
the annexed Cooperative Agreements with the State of California,
Depart~ent of Transportation, setting forth the proportionate
share of the cost of constructing the off-ramp to Fourth and
Fifth Streets and acquiring the necessary property therefor.
SECTION 2. That the City Hanager of" the City of
Santa Monica be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed
to execute said Agree~ents on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
