RESOLUTION NO. 4738(CCS)
(CITY COUNCIL SERIES}
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA REPEALING SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION
NO. 2812 AS LATER M1ENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 2876,
AND ADDING SUBSECTION I TO SECTION 2 of RESOLUTION
NO. 4231 PERTAINING TO MOORING AND STORAGE FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.' Section"3 of Resolution No. ~28l2 as amended
by-Resolut~on No. 2876 ~s-hereby repealed iD its entirety.
SECTION 2. Subsection I is hereby added to
Sectlon 2 of Resolution No. 4231 to read as follows:
I. In~tlal Mooring and Storage Fees.
(I} Moorlng Fees $25.00 per month,
year-round
(2} T.valk-ln Lockers $17.50 per month,
year-round
(3} Lower Lockers $12.50 per month,
year-round
(4} Upper-Lockers $10.00 per month,
year-round
SECTION 3. The Clty Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of thlS resolutlon, and thenceforce and thereafter
the same shall be In full force and effect.
