A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA RATIFYING
THE COMPROMISE OF CLAIMS FOR THE
CITY'S PUBLIC LIABILITY - CHECKS
ISSUED 12/01/75-12/31/75.
WHEREAS, on October 1, 1974, the City of Santa Monlca
entered lnto an agreement, belng Control No. 2138 (CCS) with
the Bay Cltles Adjustment Company to adJust:
(1) Llab~hty
under the PubllC Liab~llty Act of 1923; (2) lts l~ability for
the mun~clpal bus l~nes; and (3} lts llabllity for ~ts auto-
motlve fleet excluding ltS ffiunlclpal bus lines; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority contained in the
foregoing contract, the Bay Citles AdJustment Company has
effected settlements ln the amount shown:

SECTION 2. That Clty Clerk shall certify to the
adoptlon of thlS resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be In full force and effect.
