THE CITY OF SANTA HONICA RATIFYING
THE COMPROMISE OF CLAIMS FOR THE
CITY'S PUBLIC LIABILITY - CHECKS

WHEREAS, on October 1, 1974, the City of Santa
Monlca entered lnto an agreement, being Control No. 2138
(CCS) wlth the Bay Citles AdJustment Company to adJust;
(1) Llahlllty under the Public Liabllity Act of 1923;
(2) Its llab111ty for the munlclpal bus 11nes; and
(3) Its llabllity for lts automotlve fleet exc1udinq lts
