A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
PURSUANT TO S3208(b} OF THE SANTA
MONICA MUNICIPAL CODE, PERTAINING
TO THE SETTING OF RATES FOR THE
RESERVED USE OF MOTORCYCLE PARKING
SPACES IN THE PARKING STRUCTURES
IN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Sfu~TA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to ~3208(b} of the Santa Monica
Mun1cipal Code, the parking fee for reserved use of areas
spec1fied for motorcycles in the central buslness distrlct
parking structures shall be the sum of Eight ($8.00) Dollars
per month, per space, payable on an annual basis.
SECTION 2. The Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the
adopt1on of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be 1n full force and effect.
