A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 24788
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the map of Tract No. 24788 ln the C~ty
of Santa Monica presented by McCulloch Realty Inc. being a sub-
division for condominium purposes of portlons of Lots 2, 17 and
IS, and all of Lot I of Block G, of the Pallsades Tract as recorded
in Book 8, Page 32 of the records of Los Angeles County, State of
Californ~a, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 15 authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald map this order
authenticated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. The Clty Clerk shal1 certlfy to the adoption
of this resolut~on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
