A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. l008(CCS) (PERTAINING TO FARES CHARGED
ON THE SANTA MONICA MUNICIPAL BUS LINES
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted a fare schedule
for the Transportation Department; and
WHEREAS, as a result of the reduction of L.A. County bus subsi-
dization, the fares presently charged on the Santa Monica Municipal Bus
Line Route No. 10 will result in inadequate revenue,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Resolution No. 1008(CCS) is hereby amended by
adding thereto Section 3D to read as follows:
Section 3D. Nocwithstanding the above general fare
structure, the following fares will be charged passengers traveling
on freeway bus service between the Santa Monica/West Los Angeles
area and Downtown Los Angeles:

Section 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
