RESOLUTION NO. 4784 (CCS)
(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA APFROVING A REVISED FREEWAY
AGREEMENT 'InTH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA 'WHICH
ADDS THE FIFTH STREET OFF-RAMP.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Freeway Agreement submitted by the
State of California coverlng 07-LA-l, Falisades Beach Road to
Route 10, including the Fifth Street Off-Ramp, and 07-LA-IO,
Route 1 to Centinela Avenue, which Freeway Agreement supersedes
the Freeway Agreenent between the State and the City of Santa
Monica, dated July 11, 1961, is hereby approved and the City
Imnager is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoptlon of thiS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
sa~e shall be in full force and effect.
