THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA RATIFYING
THE COMPROMISE OF CLAIMS FOR THE
CITY'S PUBLIC LIABILITY - CHECKS
ISSUED 1/1/76-1/31/76.
WHEREAS, on October 1, 1974, the City of Santa
Monlca entered ~nto an agreement, belng Control No. 2138.
(CCS) wlth the Bay C~tles AdJustment Company to adJust:
(1) Llab~llty under the PubllC Llab~l~ty Act of 1923;
(2) lts liability for the munlcipal bus lines; and (3) ltS
bus llnes; and
llabllity for ~ts automotlve fleet excluding lts mun~c~pal
WHEREAS, pursuant to the author~ty conta~ned ln
the forego~ng contract, the Bay C~t~es AdJustment Company
has effected settlements in the amounts shown:

adopt~on of th~s resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be ~n full force and effect.
