A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DEDICATING
STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY OF FOURTH STREET
AS PROVIDED IN ENGINEER'S DRAWINGS
NUMBERED 2738 AND 2576.
WHEREAS, the C~ty of Santa Mon~ca has previously
acquired street right-of-way on Fourth Street from P1CO
Boulevard to Hill Street; and,
WHEREAS, such r1ght-of-way is wider than the
current recorded street width in said area.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain right-of-way described
on City Engineer's Maps Numbers 2738 and 2576, on file 1n the
office of the City Engineer is her~by dedicated to public
