A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 32577
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLmiS :
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract 32577 in the C1ty of
Santa Monica presented by Sunr~se Development Company be~ng a
subd~vis~on for condominium purposes of Lot 4, Block 3, Arcad~a
Tract as shown on map recorded in Book 16, Page 96 of Miscellaneous
Records, records of Los Angeles County, State of California, be and
the same hereby 1.5 accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby ~s authorized and
d1.rected to endorse upon the face of 5a~d map this order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of this re501ut~on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
