A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA COMMENDING
DON BARRETT, dba BAY CITIES ADJUSTMENT
CONPANY FOR THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE
HE ~~S RENDERED IN REPRESENTING THE
CITY IN CLAIMS FILED AGAINST IT.
WHEREAS, Don Barrett has been the Claims Adjustor
for the City of Sari:ta Honica for the past twenty-four years1
and,
\~EREAS, during this time, he has performed out-
standing service to the City which has resulted ~n the
efficient administration of adverse claims at m~nimal cost;
and,
WHEREAS, Don Barrett is now retiring from said
service,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Counc~l of the City of
Santa Monica does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Don Barrett, dba Bay C1ties
AdJustment Company, be and is hereby commended for rendering
outstanding service in the adjustment of claims for the
City of Santa Monica for the past twenty-four years.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be' in full force and effect.
