That the contraot -hetw,ee,n the City of Santa Monica and the Nestside volunteer Bureau for the p~oviding of services by sa1d Westside Vo~unteer Bureau and ~e funding of such services by the City'he, and is, hereby approved and ratified and the City Mana9~r is author~zed to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Santa Monica.
