THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY'OF SANTA MONICA DOES
HEB$BY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That ROY E. NAYLOR be and is hereby
appointed to the Library Board to fill the unexpired term
ending June 30, 1979, of Rt. Rev. Msgr. Ray{li.ond J. O'Plaherty.
SECTION- 2.
That said person shall serve until
the expirat1on- of the term and unt~~ the respective-

successors are appointed and qual~fied.
SECTION 3.
The C~ty Clerk shall certifY to the
adoption of this resolution, and henceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
