THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING
AND RATIFYING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH SANTA MONICA
MUNICIPAL E~LOYEES ASSOCrATION/
PROFESSIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE,
CLERICAL, AND TECHNICAL' EMPr.QYEES .
WHEFlEAS. section 2106 of Ordi,f\ance 801 (CCS) of the
City of Santa Monica requires the preparation of a written
Memorandum Of Underst.and~ng between the-lldministrat~on and
recognized employee organizationsJ if an agreement caq be
reached; and
WHEREAS, Section 2;06 of Or4_~.nce 801(~CS) of the

C~ty of Santa Monica further provides -i!;nat any such Memorandum
Of Understand~ng shall-not be binding an~ shall be presented
