DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the following named indivlduals
are hereby authorlzed to execute for and In behalf of the
Clty of Santa Monica, a publlc entity established under the
laws of the State of California, appllcations and documents
for the purpose of obtaining financlal assistance under the
Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950, as amended, (publlc law
920, 81st Congress, SO U.S.C. 2251-2297).
