A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR FINGER-
PRINTING SERVICES.
code provides that the city Council may estab11sh fees for
WHEREAS, section 6122A of the Santa Monica Mun1cipal
fingerpr1nt1ng serv1ces performed by the Santa Mon1ca police
Department by Resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
be charged by the police Department each t1me f1ngerpr1nting
($20) Dollars per person 1S hereby established as the fee to
SECTION 1.
That a fee in the amount of Twenty
services are performed for any person other than an employee
of the C1ty in connect10n with off1c1al dut1es, when such
services are requested of the police Department for any purpose.
Sa1d fee shall be collectible from the person requesting
the fingerprinting serv1ces.
