A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 4694 (CCS)
AND ADOPTING THE PRICE AND FEE SCHEDULE FOR
PROPERTY AND SERVICE SOLD AT WOODLAWN CEMETERY
AND MAUSOLEUM.
WHEREAS, The City of Santa Monica has previously adopted
ordinance number 1013(CC5) providing for the approval of price
and fee schedules for the sale of property and services at the
cemetery and mausoleum by resolution of the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of the Department of General Services
has recommended the following price schedule for various services
in the amounts shown:

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of SANTA MONICA
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the price schedule for property and services
in the amounts heretofore shown is hereby ratified and adopted.
SECTION 2.
That resolution number 4694 (CCS) is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.
