A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN~ MONICA APPROVING AN EASEMENT-
AGREEl-reNT WITH THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTA-
TION COMPANY COVERING THE INSTALLATION OF A
SEWER AND WATER PIPES ACROSS THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
AT STEWART STREET.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain easement-agreement by and
between the City of Santa Monica, a Municipal Corporation,
and the Southern Pacific Transportation Company, a corporation,
whlch easement-agree~ent relates to the installation of a
l2-inch sewer line, a lO-inch water distribution main and a
12-inch water transmission main beneath the tracks and property
of the Southern Pacific Transportation Company at stewart
Street, hereby is approved.
SECTION 2. The City Manager of the City of Santa
Monica be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed to
execute said agreewent.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoptlon of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
saMe shall be in full force and effect.
