WHICH RESOLUTION ESTABLISHES 'i<1AGES, HOURS, AND
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
