AND APPROVING SUBDIVISIO~ ~AP OF

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA:JTA 110NICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the I1ap of Tract 330 12 ~n the City of Santa
Monica presented by the Ernest Auerbach Company, being a subdivision
for condominium purposes of Lots 12 and 13, Block M, Pal~sades Tract,
as shown on r1ap recorded in Book 8, Page 32, Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said ~~p this order authent~-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on of
thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in
full force and effect.
