RESOLUTION NO. 4930 (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING THE ANNEXED
PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 1 TO THE LOCAL AGENCY-
STATE AGREEMENT FOR THE OFF-RAMP TO FOURTH AND
FI FTH STREETS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby does approve the
annexed Program Supplement No. 1 to the Local Agency-State Agreement
with the State of California, Department of Transportation, setting
forth the revised and updated proportionate share of the cost of
constructing the Freeway off-ramp to Fourth and Fifth Streets, and
other pertinent contract criteria.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager of the City of Santa
Monica be, and he hereby 15. authorized and instructed to execute said
Agreements on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3 The City Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in
full force and effect.
