THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL'lL
AS FOLLOHS:
SECTION l. That the Map of Tract 32892 in the City of Santa
Monica presented by Kew Investment Enterprises, being a subdivision
for condominium purposes of a Lot3 2 and 3, Tract l1839, as shown
on Map recorded in Book 217, Page 43, Records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTIO~ 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said map this order authentl~
cated 8Y the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the sa~e shall be
in full force and effect.
