A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 31797
:E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
OLLOWS:
SECTION l. That the map of Tract No. 31797 in the City
of Santa Monica presented by Michael Keele, being a subdivision
for condomin~um purposes of the northwest 10' of Lot 2 and the
southeast 40' of Lot 3,Block l, Fairmount Villas Tract, as
shown on map recorded in Book 7, Page 99, records of Los
Angeles County, State of California, be and the same hereby ~s
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said map this order
authenticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall he in full force and effect.
