A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
'l'RACT NO. 32296

THE CrrY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA .MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the map of Tract NO. 32296 in the City
of Santa YDnica presented by John B. Sain, being a subdivision
for condominium purposes of IDts :M and N, Block 114, Town of
santa ~~nica Tract, as shown on map recorded in Book 39, Pages
45 to 51, of Miscellaneous Records, records of Los Angel~s County,
State of Californ~a, be and the same hereby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk her=oy is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said map this order
authenticated by the Seal of the City of santa ~bnica.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 13th
day of August ,1974
