A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
ESTABLISHING SALARIES AND BENEFITS
FOR CERTAIN DEPART~ffiNT HEADS AND
STAFF.
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
SECTION 1.
Section 1 of Resolution No. 4787(CCS) is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. Section 3 of Resolution 3750B is hereby
amended and step 'E' of the salary range for each of the following
positions is hereby amended according to the fOllOWIng schedule:
ASSIstant City Manager
BUIldIng OffIcer
DIrector of General Services
City Librarian
Director of AdmInistratIve
Services
Director of CIvic Auditorium
Director of Environmental
Services
Director of Finance
Director of MunIcipal AIrport
Director of Planning
Director of Recreation and
Parks

Police Chief

SECTION 2. That the City shall pay on behalf of each of sa~d
employees an additional sum of forty-five dollars ($45.00) per month
for appl~cat~on to medical dependent ~nsurance coverage, dental ~nsurance,
payroll protect~on insurance or l~fe insurance as determined by the employee.
SECTION 3. That the Clty shall pay on behalf of each of
sald employees an additional sum of flfteen dollars and thlrty-three
cents ($15.33) per month for appl~catlon to health insurance benefits.
SECTION 4. The Clty Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on of
this resolutlon. and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be ln full
force and effect.
