A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA I-IONICA
ESTABLISHING SALARY A\D BENEFITS
FOR THE POSITI0~ OF CITY F~GIVEER.

RESOLVE ~s FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Section I of Resolution No_ 4787(CC5) is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section I.
Section 3 of Resolution 3750B is hereby
amended and step 'E' of the salary range for the follow1ng
posit1on 1S hereby amended accord1ng to the follow1ng schedule:
City Eng1neer

Sa1d 1ncrease shall be effective as of July 1, 1977.
SECTIO:-< 2.
That the City shall pay on behalf of
sald employee an addltlonal sum of forty-flve dollars ($45.00) per month
for appllcation to med1cal dependent lTISUrance coverage, dental lnsurance,
payroll protectlon insurance or l1fe insurance as determined by the employee.

SECTION 3. That the City shall pay on behalf of
said employee an addltlonal sum of fifteen dollars and thirty-three
cents ($15.33) per month for applicatlon to health insurance benefits.
SECTIO\! 4.
The City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption of
thlS reso1utlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be ln full
force and effect.
