A RESOLUTIOn OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA HONrCA ACCEPTHTG
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT no. 33766
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract 33766 in the City of Santa
lIDnica presented by Regal Estates, Inc., being a subd~vision for
condornin~un purposes of Lot 7, Block 20, Serra Vista Heights Tract,
as shown on Map recorded ln Book 8, Page 38. Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is author~zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said r1ap this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the sa~e shall be
in full force and effect.
