A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAHTA MOnICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVnJG SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34233
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract 34233 in the Clty of Santa
Monica presented by Joseph Dabby, being a subdivision for condominium
purposes of Lot V, Block 36, Town of Santa Monica Tract, as shown
on Map recorded in Lot V, Block 38, of the To~~ of Santa Monica Tract,
as shown on Map recorded 1n Book 39, Page 45, et seq., Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald flap th1s order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
